Description

[0001] Skin massage device

[0002] Field of technology

[0003] The claimed technical solution relates to the field of massage, in particular to massage devices for stroking the skin using hanging thread-like elements.

[0004] Prior art

[0005] A prior art massage device for facial massage is known, comprising a massage attachment including a pressing element having an annular shape, at least one working head located within the pressing ring in the working zone, control means enabling rotational movement of each working head around at least one axis of rotation, and a drive module on which the massage attachment is mounted and which contains an electric motor for actuating drive means configured to transmit motion from the electric motor to the control means. Russian Federation Patent No. RU2672525C2, IPC A61N 15 / 00, published on November 15, 2018.

[0006] The prior art also discloses a solution selected as the closest prior art, comprising a motor-driven massage device comprising a drive shaft having an axis of rotation and a massage head with a surface that interacts with the skin. The massage head is configured to be attached to said drive shaft for simultaneous rotation around said axis and vibration in a direction along said axis. The massage head comprises a central hub and massage elements, each of which is arranged radially from the central hub and spaced circumferentially around the axis. The massage elements are petals that form a single unit with the central hub and are arranged at equal intervals along the entire circumference of the massage head, wherein the central hub has a surface that projects axially beyond the petals. Russian Federation Patent No. RU2677788C2, IPC No. A61N 15 / 00, published January 21, 2019.

[0007] The solutions known from the prior art do not allow for skin massage using hanging thread-like elements, which in turn may allow for massage in cases where known effects using rollers or other massage elements may be unpleasant or traumatic, for example, for sensitive or damaged skin during the regeneration process.

[0008] Disclosure of the solution

[0009] The objective of the claimed technical solution is to create a safe device for skin massage, allowing massage to be performed using hanging thread-like elements, with high reliability.

[0010] The technical result of the claimed solution consists in the creation of a device for skin massage, which provides the possibility of performing massage by means of hanging thread-like elements, increasing the safety of the massage, as well as simplifying the use and increasing the reliability of the device.

[0011] Increased reliability is achieved, in particular, by increasing the durability of the skin massage device.

[0012] The claimed technical result is achieved due to the fact that the device for skin massage includes a housing with a motor connected to it, configured to be connected to a power source, wherein the motor shaft is connected with the possibility of transmitting torque to a rotating element containing rod-shaped elements with hanging thread-like elements for massage attached to them.

[0013] The claimed massage device can be used for a soothing skin massage following a classic (manual) massage or various medical procedures. The claimed solution helps soothe the skin after various treatments involving touching and stroking movements using hanging thread-like elements, such as threads, ribbons, chains, and other flexible thread-like elements. Furthermore, the claimed solution can also be used to massage sensitive skin without causing damage, unlike known massage techniques that involve squeezing and stretching the skin. Using the claimed solution can cause a "goose bumps" effect, which stimulates blood circulation, which can lead to improved regeneration of damaged skin areas, as well as promote the regeneration of hair follicles and the formation of thicker hair. [0014] A massage device comprising a housing with a motor connected to it and capable of being connected to a power source enables the claimed solution to achieve its intended purpose: the motor connected to the housing causes the rotating element to move, implementing a massage by moving hanging thread-like elements. Connecting the motor to a power source simplifies use by eliminating the need to manually move the rotating element. The housing protects the device's motor from possible damage, thereby increasing the reliability of the solution, and, in some cases, protects the power cord that connects the motor to the power source, further enhancing the solution's reliability.

[0015] The motor shaft is connected to a rotating element with torque transmission capability, enabling movement of the element and the massage effect of dangling thread-like elements on the skin. The rotating element contains rod-shaped elements that can be attached to the dangling thread-like elements for massage, for example, by tying, adhesive, or fasteners. This design, namely, securing the thread-like elements to the rod-shaped elements, reduces the risk of the thread-like elements becoming entangled on the motor shaft and damaging the device, thereby increasing its safety during use, durability, and, consequently, reliability. The presence of twisting thread-like elements for massage provides gentle touching and stroking movements on the skin, thereby promoting soothing sensations, for example, after a classic massage or medical procedures.Massage using dangling thread-like elements can cause a "goose bumps" effect by stimulating blood circulation and promoting the regeneration of damaged skin. Furthermore, the use of thread-like elements allows for safe massage of sensitive skin, as the device is safe due to the absence of compression or stretching of skin, which can cause damage. Making the thread-like elements dangling—for example, by securing one end of the thread-like element to a rod-like element, or both ends, allowing the central portion of the thread-like element to hang down—allows them to move freely over the skin, following the contours of the body part being massaged, without exerting pressure or damaging the skin, further enhancing the safety of the proposed solution.

[0016] In various specific embodiments of the claimed solution, the thread-like elements may be threads made of artificial or natural fibers, textile ribbons made of various materials, or chains, such as metal wire. However, in the preferred embodiment, the thread-like elements are threads made of natural fibers, as such elements further reduce the risk of allergic skin reactions due to their being made of natural fibers, further enhancing the safety of the claimed solution. Such threads may preferably be made, for example, of cotton or silk fibers.

[0017] In the preferred embodiment of the claimed solution, the motor is a geared motor. This additionally allows for the gearbox to vary the rotational speed of the rotating element relative to the motor shaft, thereby adjusting the speed of the device's dangling threadlike elements across the skin, controlling the massage sensation and further reducing the risk of skin damage. Furthermore, the motor's design as a geared motor allows for changing the direction of rotation of the rotating element, thereby altering the massage direction for additional skin stimulation and blood circulation. It should be clarified that in the specific case of a geared motor, the motor shaft is connected to the rotating element via the gearbox, allowing torque to be transmitted from the motor shaft to the gearbox and then to the rotating element. In another specific embodiment of the claimed solution, the device includes a frequency converter connected to a motor to vary the shaft's rotation speed, further enhancing the safety of the solution and allowing for control over the massage sensation, further reducing the risk of skin damage. The motor in this specific embodiment can also be configured to be connected to a power source via a power cord, further enhancing the safety of the solution by increasing the stability of power transmission and reducing the risk of motor malfunctions, further enhancing the reliability of the solution.

[0018] The rotating element preferably includes a cylinder connected to a shaft, with rod-shaped elements radially connected to the cylinder. This particular embodiment of the claimed solution allows for the attachment of hanging thread-like elements to the rod-shaped elements at varying distances from the axis of rotation, further enhancing safety by regulating the frequency of contact and the massage sensation. Furthermore, the radial connection of the rod-shaped elements to the cylinder allows the device to be positioned between two people, massaging both simultaneously, further simplifying the use of the solution.

[0019] Also, in the preferred embodiment, the housing is made in the form of a hollow tripod connected to a support, which allows the device to be installed more easily for operation without the use of additional supports, further increasing the safety of use, and also, in the case of using a network cable to connect the motor to a power source, to protect it from possible damage by passing it through the hollow tripod, thereby further increasing the reliability of the solution. Brief description of the drawings

Also, in a particular embodiment, the device may include a frequency converter (not shown in the Fig.) connected to the motor (4) for changing the shaft rotation frequency.

[0034] A preferred example of using the claimed technical solution is described below.

[0035] The skin massage device is mounted on a supporting surface, such as a table. The user to be massaged by the device is positioned so that the body part being massaged is located under and in contact with the hanging thread-like elements (7). When the device is connected to a power source via a power cord (5), the motor shaft (4), preferably a gear motor, begins to rotate and transmits torque to the rotating element (6), in particular the cylinder (9). As the rotating element (6) moves, the rod-like elements (7) also begin to move, in particular due to their connection to the cylinder (9), and rotate around the axis of rotation of the cylinder (9), whereby the hanging thread-like elements (8) begin to move across the user's skin, performing a massage.

[0036] The hanging thread-like elements (8) provide a gentle, safe skin massage, stimulating blood circulation and soothing the skin after a classic massage or medical procedure. This solution also allows people with sensitive skin to massage without damaging it.
