Attorney Docket No. WON-PT068WO BASSINET WITH CHANGERCROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0001] This application claims the benefit of U.S. Provisional Application Nos.63 / 789,188 filed April 15, 2025; 63 / 817,726 filed June 4, 2025; 63 / 850,988 filed July 25, 2025; 63 / 913,563 filed November 7, 2025; and 64 / 035,470 filed April 10, 2026, each of which is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present disclosure generally relates to bassinet assemblies, and more particularly relates to height-adjustable bassinet assemblies for use proximate another structure such as an adult caregiver’s bed.BACKGROUND

[0003] A bassinet is a small, portable sleeping surface for small children, particularly newborns. At this stage, the child is often sleeping in the same room as their parents. The bassinet provides a compact sleeping surface which allows the parents to keep the child close during night-time or nap time. Accordingly, modern bassinets are generally sized for infants before they can sit up and / or pull themselves up to a railing (e.g., from newborns to about 6 or 12 months of age).

[0004] A baby sleeping in a bassinet often needs several diaper changes throughout the night. Some caregivers opt to use a designated changing table located separate from the bassinet, which can be challenging in the middle of the night and might make falling back asleep more challenging for both the caregiver and baby. Other caregivers decide to change diapers from their bed. However, this can be unsanitary and unsafe for various reasons. Additionally, modern bassinets have a short usage lifespan (e.g., 0-6 months or 12 months), leading some caregivers not to use a bassinet at all.SUMMARY
