Abstract

Reproductions 1.1, 1.2, 2.1 and 2.2 are perspectives views; reproductions 1.3 and 2.3 are front views; reproductions 1.4 and 2.4 are rear views; reproductions 1.5 and 2.5 are left side views; reproductions 1.6 and 2.6 are right side views; reproductions 1.7 and 2.7 are top views; reproductions 1.8 and 2.8 are bottom views; reproductions 1.9 and 2.9 are reference views which include a blue semi-transparent overlay over the areas for which protection is not sought; each design relates to a packaging tube for storing a consumer product, such as an aerosol generation device, wherein the packaging tube may optionally be made of cardboard or paper, and wherein the packaging tube contains an annular tear strip for allowing access to the interior of the packaging tube by tearing off the tear strip about a pair of perforated tear lines which are shown in the reproductions; the shorter dashed lines from the reproductions relate to the perforated tear lines, about which the tear strip is configured to tear, and which form part of the sought protection; the features in longer dashed lines are disclaimed; the dot-dot-dash lines from the reproductions indicate an indeterminate length for the portions of the packaging tube which are directly adjacent to these dot-dot-dash lines; each dot-dash-dot line indicates a boundary line indicating the transition between an area for which protection is sought and an area for which protection is not sought; the semi-transparent blue overlay from reference reproductions 1.9 and 2.9 further confirms the areas for which protection is not sought.
