Abstract
The key, innovative feature of this new design of the silicone applicator, also known as spatula [hand tool], shown here lies in the round recessed grips on all top sides of the tool model, which allows the user to have a comfortable grip; when processing elastic sealants, such as acrylic or silicone, this tool can be used to create visually perfect joint surfaces without additional masking measures; the still fresh excess sealant is removed from the joints during the removal process.
