The present designs relate to items of footwear. For each design, the aesthetic characterizing features reside in the shape and appearance of the upper of the footwear. For each design, a right view, a left view, a front view, a rear view, and a top view showing the upper of the footwear are provided. For each design, the bottom view is not provided as the sole of the footwear does not form part of the design for which the protection is sought.
