Vibration plate for non-contact handling jig

Abstract

The present article is a vibration plate assembled to an end terminal of a non-contact handling jig which holds a product to be held in a non-contacting manner; with an ultrasonic vibration of the vibration plate, an ultrasound squeeze effect is caused between the vibration plate and the product, and the product is held in the non-contacting manner; a part shown with a solid line is the part for which design registration is sought; a dashed-and-dotted line is a line which shows only a boundary between the part for which design registration is sought and the other parts; as the left side view is symmetric with a right side view, the left side view is omitted; as a rear view is symmetric with a front view, the rear view is omitted.
