Abstract

The present article is a vibration plate assembled to an end terminal of a non-contact handling jig which holds a product to be held in a non-contacting manner. With an ultrasonic vibration of the vibration plate, an ultrasound squeeze effect is caused between the vibration plate and the product, and the product is held in the non-contacting manner. As a left side view is symmetric with a right side view, the left side view is omitted. As a rear view is symmetric with a front view, the rear view is omitted.
