Abstract

1. This product is the base of tombstone, on which a tombstone is placed to form a tomb; reproductions 1.8 and 1.9 are reference views showing the states in use of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design; during use, as shown in reproduction 1.8, the tombstone is placed on a pedestal, and then, as shown in reproduction 1.9, water that is shown by light gray and form no part of the claimed design is stored in the area surrounded by nearly black walls and bottom that are shown by black in reproductions; this product is designed so that during use an observer standing on the steps in front of the tombstone indicated by the broken line in reproduction 1.8 can see the tombstone clearly reflected on the water's surface, because that water is stored in it, and the bottom and walls of the stored water and sides of the pedestal are nearly black color; furthermore, this product is also designed so that during use the observer gets the impression that the tombstone is floating on the water, by providing a clear reflection on the water's surface and the pedestal with black colored sides; broken lines in the all the reproductions form no part of the claimed design; Nearly black color shown by black color in reproductions 1.1 and 1.2 form part of the claimed design; bottom view of this product is not shown during use.; 2. This product is base of tombstone, on which a tombstone is placed to form a tomb; reproductions 2.8 and 2.9 are reference views showing the states in use of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design; during use, as shown in reproduction 2.8, the tombstone is placed on this product, and then, as shown in reproduction 2.9, water that is shown by light gray and form no part of the claimed design is stored in the area surrounded by walls and bottom that are shown by dark gray in reproductions; this product is designed so that during use an observer standing on the steps in front of the tombstone indicated by the broken line in reproduction 2.8 can see the tombstone reflected on the water's surface, because that water is stored in it; furthermore, this product is also designed so that during use the observer gets the impression that the tombstone is floating on the water, by providing a reflection on the water's surface; broken lines in the all the reproductions form no part of the claimed design; dark gray color of reproductions 2.1 and 2.2 form no part of the claimed design; bottom view of this product is not shown during use.; 3. This product is base of tombstone, on which a tombstone is placed to form a tomb; reproductions 3.8 and 3.9 are reference views showing the states in use of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design; during use, as shown in reproduction 3.8, this product is buried into the site so that the height of a front board is at ground level that is shown by light gray surrounding this product and form no part of the claimed design, and the tombstone is placed on a pedestal; and then, as shown in reproduction 3.9, water that is shown by light gray and form no part of the claimed design is stored in the area surrounded by nearly black walls and bottom that are shown by black in reproductions; this product is designed so that during use an observer can see the tombstone clearly reflected on the water's surface, because that water is stored in it, and the bottom and walls of the stored water and sides of the pedestal are nearly black color; And, this product is also designed so that during use the observer gets the impression that the tombstone is floating on the water, by providing a clear reflection on the water's surface and the pedestal with black colored sides; furthermore, this product is also designed so that the front wall protrudes toward the tombstone with no step between a viewing space at the front side created by the protrusion and the front board; so during use as shown in reproduction 3.9, the observer, such as a wheelchair user and others that is shown by dark gray and form no part of the claimed design, can easily reach the viewing space and get close to the tombstone reflected on the water surface and observe them while surrounded by water; broken lines in the all the reproductions form no part of the claimed design; nearly black color shown by black color in reproductions 3.1 and 3.2 form part of the claimed design; bottom view of this product is not shown during use.; 4. This product is base of tombstone, on which a tombstone is placed to form a tomb; reproductions 4.8 and 4.9 are reference views showing the states in use of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design; during use, as shown in reproduction 4.8, the tombstone is placed on a pedestal, and then, as shown in reproduction 4.9, water that is shown by light gray and form no part of the claimed design is stored in the area surrounded by nearly black elliptical cylindrical wall and bottom that are shown by black in reproductions; this product is designed so that during use an observer standing in the front of the site indicated by the broken line in reproduction 4.1 (in this application, the site includes not only land, but also substantially flat surfaces set on the land (such as paving stones, concrete paving, gravel paving, etc.) can see the tombstone clearly reflected on the water's surface, because that water is stored in it, and the bottom and the wall of the stored water and sides of the pedestal are nearly black color; furthermore, this product is also designed so that during use the observer gets the impression that the tombstone is floating on the water, by providing a clear reflection on the water's surface and the pedestal with black colored sides; broken lines in the all the reproductions form no part of the claimed design; three thin lines shown on the outer surface of the wall in reproduction 4.1 are lines to indicate that it is a curved surface and form no part of the claimed design; Nearly black color shown by black color in reproductions 4.1 and 4.2 form part of the claimed design; bottom view of this product is not shown during use.; 5. This product is the base of tombstone, on which a tombstone is placed to form a tomb; reproductions 5.8 and 5.9 are reference views showing the states in use of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design; during use, as shown in reproduction 5.8, the tombstone is placed on a pedestal, and then, as shown in reproduction 5.9, water that is shown by light gray and form no part of the claimed design is stored in the area surrounded by nearly black octagonal cylindrical wall and bottom that are shown by black in reproductions; this product is designed so that during use an observer standing in the front of the site indicated by the broken line in reproduction 5.1 (in this application, the site includes not only land, but also substantially flat surfaces set on the land (such as paving stones, concrete paving, gravel paving, etc.) can see the tombstone clearly reflected on the water's surface, because that water is stored in it, and the bottom and the wall of the stored water and sides of the pedestal are nearly black color; furthermore, this product is also designed so that during use the observer gets the impression that the tombstone is floating on the water, by providing a clear reflection on the water's surface and the pedestal with black colored sides; broken lines in the all the reproductions form no part of the claimed design; nearly black color shown by black color in reproductions 5.1 and 5.2 form part of the claimed design; bottom view of this product is not shown during use.
