Abstract

The design is for a tumbler characterized by a tapered, curved cylindrical body that subtly widens toward the top; the design features two distinctive flat sides that originate at the semi-circular base and gradually blend smoothly into the curved surface as they transition toward the circular top rim; these flat sides extend from the base, creating a visually striking non-cylindrical profile; the parts shown in dotted lines in the reproductions are not part of the claimed design and are included for illustrative purposes only; protection is sought for the ornamental features of the design, as illustrated in the reproductions.
