Modular base frame for bed

Abstract

The bed base features a modular rectangular pipe construction, ensuring durability and stability of the bed. It consists of a head frame and foot frame, connected by rigid swagged pipes using a mother-father assembly system. The peripheral transverse elements (median, horizontal, and vertical) are interconnected, with the long-side elements joined to the short-side elements via swagged pipe connections, reinforcing overall structural integrity. The mattress frame includes PVC plastic caps for securing wooden slats. A central fifth leg, attached to the middle cross member, enhances load-bearing capacity, making the design suitable for high-resistance applications in residential and commercial settings.
