Abstract

Designs 1 and 2 are eyeglass slip-prevention accessory (eyeglass holder) that is fitted onto an eyeglass temple (or earpiece), and design 3 is eyeglasses; the area represented by the solid line in the drawings is the area for which registration as a partial design is sought and do not form part of the claimed designs; in designs 1 and 3, a patterning having a yellow-tinged hue (e.g. yellow, gold, orange, or the like) is formed; reference views of designs 1 and 2, indicating a state of use, set forth a view in which the present article (eyeglass slip-prevention accessory) is fitted onto an eyeglass temple (or earpiece) and do not form part of the claimed designs.
