A new, original, and ornamental design for a knock box; in some implementations, the knock box defines a distance between the knock bar and a back wall of the knock box sufficient to allow the handle of an espresso portafilter to be knocked on the knock bar without interference; the broken lines shown in the figures show features of the knock box that form no part of the claimed design.
