Abstract

The design consists of the sole unit for a shoe, as shown in the reproductions; the reproductions show the top, bottom, left, right, front, back, and perspective views of the design; the characteristic features of the design include the tread pattern and the outer contour of the sole; a logo appears on the sole; however, no protection is sought for the logo itself, which is protected separately as a registered trademark; only the sole is claimed; no claim is made to the shoe upper or to any functional aspects of the design.
