Abstract

1. The design relates to a hair accessory consisting of an elastic band forming a closed loop, with an integrated stopper made from rigid material; the stopper enables the loop to be adjusted in size by sliding, allowing secure placement in the hair; the ends of the elastic band are enclosed within the stopper housing; the accessory can also be worn around the wrist; the design is defined by the combination of the adjustable stopper mechanism and the closed-loop structure; variations in color and materials are possible and form no part of the claimed design.
