Abstract

The product to which the design is applied is a hemostatic band to stop bleeding by applying pressure to the puncture on the hand after medical procedure or treatment using a catheter; the claimed portion is used for guiding a user about the correct direction and position of the hemostatic band; the key feature of the design lies in the shape, the pattern and their combination of the claimed portion; the even-length broken lines shown in reproductions 1.1-1.8 form no part of the claimed design; the dash-dot broken lines shown in reproductions 1.1, 1.2 and 1.8 depict the boundary between the claimed portion and the non-claimed portion, and form no part of the claimed design; the arrow lines and the letters A and B in reproduction 1.2 are for the purpose of indicating the portion enlarged in reproduction 1.8 and form no part of the claimed design.
