Abstract

1.-2. The product in which the design is or will be embodied is a globe thermometer, or temperature stress sensor – in particular, parts of globe thermometer. The design consists of two spherical bodies. The defining features of the design, which also ensure its novelty, are: the presence of two spherical bodies with sensors, the specific dimensional ratio of two spherical bodies, the specific spacing of and the distance between the two spherical bodies. The color of the spherical bodies will usually be black. The holder is illustrative and is not part of the design; this fact is depicted by dashed lines.; 3. The product in which the design is or will be embodied is part of anemometer, mainly for measuring wind direction, namely an arm carrying a directional surface at its end. The defining feature of the design, in which its novelty lies, is the twisted shape of the arm. The directional surface and other components are illustrative and do not form part of the design; this fact is depicted by dashed lines.
