Abstract

1. The first design is an air deflector for a truck, comprising: a) a first part, which is shown on top of the cab of the truck, comprising a first prismatic body with a straight base and a curved deflector on top of same, said deflector having a greater curvature in the front region and extending rearwards in a configuration that tapers gradually until it is above a second part; b) this second part, which is shown on top of the cargo box of the truck, has an aerodynamic wing shaped side configuration and ends in a straight line at the front, extending rearwards with its height decreasing gradually until it terminates at an edge that extends into a downward deflector; in the figures, the design is shown with a continuous line; the truck and the cargo box are represented with a dashed line to provide context, but this dashed line configuration is not part of the design; figure 1.1 is a perspective view of the air deflector; figure 1.2 is a right side view of the air deflector; figure 1.3 is a plan view of the air deflector; figure 1.4 is a front elevation view of the air deflector; figure 1.5 is a left side view of the air deflector; figure 1.6 is a rear elevation view of the air deflector.; 2. The second design is an air deflector for a truck, comprising: a) a first part, which is shown on top of the cab of the truck, comprising a first body having a straight side base extending rearwards at an oblique angle, a curved deflector being provided on top of the first body, said deflector having an approximately constant curvature in the front region and extending to the highest part so as to extend into a second part; b) this second part, which is shown on top of the cargo box of the truck, has an aerodynamic wing shaped side configuration and ends in a straight line at the front, forming a continuation of the top of the curvature of the first part and extending rearwards with its height decreasing gradually until it terminates at an edge; in the figures, the design is shown with a continuous line; the truck and the cargo box are represented with a dashed line to provide context, but this dashed line configuration is not part of the design; figure 2.1 is a perspective view of the air deflector; figure 2.2 is a right side view of the air deflector; figure 2.3 is a plan view of the air deflector; figure 2.4 is a front elevation view of the air deflector; figure 2.5 is a left side view of the air deflector; figure 2.6 is a rear elevation view of the air deflector.
