Abstract

This article is a turntable for playing music by rotating records; it includes an upper body that rotates the platter and a lower body with a speaker; the platter and upper body are made of translucent material; the upper body becomes illuminated by three linear LED arrays arranged circumferentially inside; as shown in reproductions 1.8 to 1.12, the LEDs may emit in a single color, in different colors across radial areas, or as a gradient, resulting in various lighting effects on the upper body and platter; the characteristic features of the design lie in the shape.
