1.-2. Wellness promoting charm

Abstract

Designs nos. 1 and 2 are wellness-promoting charms; the designs nos. 1 or 2 have a configuration in which a tape element into which a mineral (powdered healing crystal) has been incorporated (or a tape element coated with a material containing a mineral (powdered healing crystal) are rendered into a M�bius band; the designs nos. 1 or 2 can also be used as an amulets; design no. 1 has a configuration in which a tape element is in a M�bius-band structure where a first surface (the obverse face) on one end of the tape element and a second surface (reverse face) on the other end of the tape element are connected; a first metal piece (disk-shaped metal element or annular metal element) is fixed to the tape element by means of a thread and therein a second metal piece (disk-shaped metal element or annular metal element) is fixed by means of a thread; as depicted in reproductions 2.7 and 2.8 (front-side perspective view and rear-side perspective view), wellness-promoting charm is in a mode in which a cloth is fixed into pouch form with thread, wherein in this case the diagonal lines indicate solid-dimensionality - they are not design marks (nor lines that define a structure / shape); in other words, the diagonal lines shown in reproductions illustrate unclaimed features and form no part of the claimed designs; the reproduction 2.9 is a reference unfolded view, and do not form part of the claimed design; the reproduction 2.9 illustrate the cloth in an unfolded state.
