Shaft of dart

Abstract

The article associated with the present design is a shaft of a dart in which the components of a point (tip), a barrel, a shaft and a flight are connected in this order from the tip side that sticks into a target. The shaft is removably connectable to the flight by a cap-like arrangement. The connecting portion to the flight, which is located at the rear end of this article, is tapered toward the rear end, so that the forward side surface of the leading edge of the flight that covers said connecting portion is exposed when connected. A stopper projection is formed on the taper, the projection colliding with the forward side surface of the flight when connected.The portions shown by solid lines represent the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design. The one-dot chain lines indicate only the boundaries between the portions for which registration is sought as a partial design and the other portions. The parts of Reproductions 1.11-1.12 other than the shaft shown in solid lines in Reproductions 1.1-1.10 form no part of the claimed design.
