Abstract

Packaging containing sugar on which a parakeet is depicted, perched on a sugarcane branch; the scenery shows sugarcane branches on the left, various flowers at the bottom, palm trees on the right and, in the background, an island with the sun rising in the backdrop; at the top of the packaging, the words "LA PERRUCHE" are written and, below, the words "MA�TRE SUCRIER DEPUIS 1890"; these elements are presented in a curved band; protection is claimed for the positioning of the text “LA PERRUCHE,” the figurative elements and particularly the design of the parakeet and the scenery.
