Abstract

The article of the present design is a disposable diaper having an elastic region in the rear waist area, the configuration of said elastic region being reversibly deformable, as exemplified in Reproduction 1.7.The design is characterized in that the printed pattern on the elastic region allows for visual identification of the degree of elastic contraction or expansion.Reproduction 1.6 is an enlarged view of the elastic region. Reproduction 1.7 is a front view of the elastic region in a contracted state.The portion other than that indicated by the broken lines is the claimed part.The dotted-and-dashed lines indicate the boundary between the claimed and unclaimed portions, and they are disclaimed. The broken lines form no part of the claimed design.Since the right side view is a mirror image of the left side view, and the bottom view is a mirror image of the top view, the right side view and the bottom view are omitted.
