Abstract

1. The article associated with the present design is a shaft and flight for a dart; the article is an integrated shaft and flight in which the shaft and the flight are integrally formed by resin molding; in this article, rear end portions of groove walls that partition four grooves formed around a central axis of the shaft are integrally connected with blades of the flight; the difference in thickness between the groove walls and the blades is small, and boundary portions between the groove walls and the blades are smoothly connected without forming a step on the surface; the portions shown by solid lines represent the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design; the one-dot chain lines indicate only the boundaries between the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design and the other portions; the broken lines depicted in reproductions 1.1-1.9 form no part of the claimed design; and the entire reproduction 1.10 forms no part of the claimed design.; 2. The article associated with the present design is a shaft and flight for a dart; the article is an integrated shaft and flight in which the shaft and the flight are integrally formed by resin molding; in this article, rear end portions of groove walls that partition three grooves formed around a central axis of the shaft are integrally connected with blades of the flight; the difference in thickness between the groove walls and the blades is small, and boundary portions between the groove walls and the blades are smoothly connected without forming a step on the surface; the portions shown by solid lines represent the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design; the one-dot chain lines indicate only the boundaries between the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design and the other portions; the broken lines depicted in reproductions 2.1-2.9 form no part of the claimed design; and the entire reproduction 2.10 forms no part of the claimed design.; 3. The article associated with the present design is a shaft and flight for a dart; the article is an integrated shaft and flight in which the shaft and the flight are integrally formed by resin molding; in this article, rear end portions of groove walls that partition four grooves formed around a central axis of the shaft are integrally connected to blades of the flight, and boundary portions between the groove walls and the blades are smoothly connected without forming a step on the surface; the portions shown by solid lines represent the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design; the one-dot chain lines indicate only the boundaries between the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design and the other portions; the broken lines depicted in reproductions 3.1-3.9 form no part of the claimed design; and the entire reproduction 3.10 forms no part of the claimed design.; 4. The article associated with the present design is a shaft and flight for a dart; the article is an integrated shaft and flight in which the shaft and the flight are integrally formed by resin molding; in this article, rear end portions of groove walls that partition three grooves formed around a central axis of the shaft are integrally connected to blades of the flight, and boundary portions between the groove walls and the blades are smoothly connected without forming a step on the surface; the portions shown by solid lines represent the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design; the one-dot chain lines indicate only the boundaries between the portions for which design registration is sought as a partial design and the other portions; the broken lines depicted in reproductions 4.1-4.9 form no part of the claimed design; and the entire reproduction 4.10 forms no part of the claimed design.
