Abstract

Reproductions 1.1 to 7.8 show seven designs for packaging bottles; the claimed designs are used for containing goods and medicinals; the novelty of each of the designs 1, 4, and 7 resides in the shape and configuration of the article as shown in the reproductions; the novelty of the design 2 resides in the shape, configuration and pattern of the article as shown in the reproductions; the novelty of each of the designs 3, 5, and 6 resides in the shape, configuration, pattern and colors of the article as shown in the reproductions; reproductions 1.9, 2.9, 3.9, 4.9, 5.9, 6.9, and 7.8 are each a reference view showing the packaging bottle in a usage state and form no part of the designs; the lower parts of the packaging bottles illustrated in reproductions 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, and 7.1 are each transparent; the colors of designs 3, 5, and 6 are claimed.
