Abstract

The design concerns the appearance of a standard lamp; the standard lamp consists of a wooden and / or metal base resting on the floor, a slender vertical alabaster stem and a diffuser positioned at its upper end; the proportions between the base, the stem and the diffuser contribute to the overall silhouette of the product; the stem has a straight outline and continuous transitions between the different parts; the diffuser has a simple geometric shape highlighting the light source; the characteristics of the design are featured in the shapes, lines, proportions and combination of volumes shown in the attached representations; no claim regarding the internal light source or the technical elements not shown in the representations.; 4.-6. The design concerns the appearance of a bracket lamp intended for indoor use; the bracket lamp consists of an alabaster stone diffuser element associated with a metal fixing structure; the diffuser has a simple geometric shape, with softened edges, revealing the natural translucency of the alabaster and its characteristic veins; the metal part constitutes a visible support that frames, supports or emphasizes the stone volume; the proportions between the alabaster part and the metal part define the overall silhouette of the bracket lamp; the lines, contours and balance of volumes shown in the attached views characterize the design; no claim regarding the internal light source or the technical elements not shown in the representations.
