Abstract

1. Fig. 1.1 is a perspective view of a modular kitchen unit showing the ornamental design thereof with a grill unit in a closed configuration; fig. 1.2 is a perspective view of the modular kitchen unit similar to fig. 1.1, with the grill unit in an open configuration; fig. 1.3 is a rear elevation view of the modular kitchen unit; the ornamental design for a modular kitchen unit is shown and described; the unit includes an elongated cabinet assembly with a generally planar upper surface, a grill unit positioned centrally along the upper surface, and a sink positioned at one end; the front of the cabinet assembly includes cabinet doors and drawer fronts arranged in a rectilinear configuration, and the rear surface includes vent openings and access panels; the cabinet assembly is supported by wheels disposed along a lower portion thereof.; 2.
