Abstract
This invention relates to a towing apparatus and more particularly, but not exclusively, to a towing apparatus for towing a pair of dollies used to facilitate transport of machinery. The towing apparatus comprises an engagement formation, for engaging with a tow vehicle, two arms which at first ends thereof are connected to the engagement formation and at second ends thereof terminate in attachment means for attaching to two towed vehicles, and hydraulic adjustment means attached to the arms to hydraulically adjust the distance between the second ends of the arms.
