Conditioning device

Abstract

A conditioning device comprising an upright support member with an elongate body and at least two sets of retention members, one of which is movable along the length of the body and securable at a selected position. In use, an elastic resistance band is looped between the retention members to form a configuration for performing conditioning movements. The position of the movable retention members can be adjusted to vary the resistance level. The device may include telescoping segments for height adjustment, a mounting structure for securing it to various surfaces, and optional adapters such as handles or grips for enhanced usability. Multiple looping configurations allow for targeted muscle engagement, making the device suitable for a broad range of users, including patients in recovery, elderly individuals, and athletes.
