Organic phosphate solubilizing bacteria and its application

Abstract

The present invention discloses an organic phosphate solubilizing bacteria, which is Burkholderia sp. PF27, deposited at the China Type Culture Collection Center with the deposit number CCTCC NO: M 20232574, and the deposit date is December 15, 2023. The organic phosphorus solubilizing bacterial strain of the present invention was isolated and screened from the rhizosphere soil of Purple Mountain Forest in Nanjing. The strain has strong ability to degrade organic phosphorus, with a phosphorus solubilizing amount of 160.48 mg / L and a phosphorus solubilizing rate of 36.36%. It also grows well in pH 4-8 environment. In addition, this strain has a good promoting effect on crop growth and has great application prospects in degrading organic phosphorus and promoting crop growth.
