Culture medium for lowering lipid of animal embryo before cryopreservation, and preparation method and use thereof

Abstract

The present invention discloses a culture medium for lowering lipid of an animal embryo before cryopreservation, and a preparation method and use thereof. The culture medium is prepared by adding bezafibrate and cholic acid into an NCSU23 culture medium. The present invention further discloses a method for preparing the culture medium, including: preparing an NCSU23 culture medium, and adding bezafibrate and cholic acid into the NCSU23 culture medium to obtain the culture medium. Compared with a conventional NCSU23 culture medium, the culture medium provided by the present invention can significantly reduce the lipid content in an embryo and ultimately improve the survival rate and hatched blastocyst rate of the embryo after cryopreservation and thawing effectively because the added bezafibrate and cholic acid have a synergistic lipid-lowering effect. The culture medium of the present invention has application prospects in aspects such as lowering lipid in animal embryos and surviving and developing of frozen embryos.
