An anchor arrangement

Abstract

An anchor arrangement including a base, an aperture defined in the base, the aperture being centrally positioned relative to the base, a support member mounted on the base within the aperture, a pair of anchoring members mounted displaceably on opposing sides of a free end region of the support member, the pair of anchoring members being displaceable relative to the support member between a retracted condition wherein end regions of the pair of anchoring members are nearer to a longitudinal axis of the support member and an extended condition wherein the end regions of the pair of anchoring members are further away from the longitudinal axis of the support member, and a biasing arrangement in the form of a pair of springs for biasing the pair of anchoring members towards the extended condition.
