Abstract

A computer-implemented method and system are provided for prompt generation for a user interface at a physical location. The method includes receiving an audio segment of a visiting entity captured at a physical location. The method includes analyzing the audio segment to detect keywords provided by the visiting entity. The method includes obtaining an entity profile for the visiting entity. A rules-based engine generates a prompt for a serving entity based on a combination of the detected keywords and information associated with the entity profile. The method provides the prompt for output at the user interface at the physical location in real time.
