Abstract

The present invention discloses an integrated apparatus for pollen collection and rapid emasculation, relating to the technical field of vegetable and fruit hybridization. The apparatus comprises a machine shell, the machine shell has an upper shell and a lower shell, an installation cavity is arranged between the upper shell and the lower shell, a vacuum pump is arranged in the installation cavity, the vacuum pump has an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is connected to an air inlet connector embedded in the surface wall of the upper shell, the air outlet is connected to an air outlet connector embedded in the surface wall of the upper shell, an extension soft pipe is detachably connected to an end portion of the air inlet connector, a pollen storage capsule is detachably connected to an end portion of the extension soft pipe, a suction head is connected to an end portion of the pollen storage capsule in a threaded manner, the end portion of the suction head is of a reduced opening structure, a filter membrane is arranged at an inner wall of one end of the pollen storage capsule, which is away from the suction head. According to the present invention, a suction head with a suitable size can be connected to the pollen storage capsule according to the anther size of different vegetables and fruits, the anther and pollen can be sucked into the storage capsule by approaching the suction head to the anther, thus rapidly completing the two processes of emasculation and pollen collection, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of breeding work.
