Abstract
The invention discloses a plasma technology-based method for full quantitative utilization of electric furnace dust, which belongs to the technical field of solid waste treatment and resource utilization in the iron and steel industry. The method of the invention takes electric furnace dust as the raw material, carbon powder as the reducing agent, and is supplemented with plasma heating technology to realize efficient separation and recovery of resources such as Fe and Zn in electric furnace dust; for large quantities of tailings, they are mixed with clay to prepare building bricks (sintered bricks), whose compressive strength meets the requirements of MU10 in “Fired Common Bricks” (GB / T 5101-2017). The process of the invention overcomes the shortcomings of traditional processes such as long flow, high cost, large emission and low product added value, and has broad prospects for market promotion and application.
