Method of and system for supporting and guiding sales agent behaviour

Abstract

A computer-implemented method of supporting and guiding a sales agent, and in particular a sales agent operating within the telecommunications industry and acting on behalf of a company, is provided. The method comprises the step of retrieving and displaying on a device associated with the sales agent, by at least one processor, a digital platform with a dashboard interface, the system comprises the at least one processor, and a memory device containing instructions which when executed cause the processor to retrieve and display the dashboard interface. The dashboard interface includes a beacon gauge, controlled and managed by a beacon module, to provide a visual real-time indication of the sale agent’s beacon rating, which in turn illustrates the agent’s sales mix balance relative to the company’s commercial objectives; and a package calculator, controlled and managed by a calculator module, which is a tool that enables agents to estimate the financial and gamification impacts of potential sales.
