Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of industrial automation, and particularly relates to an artificial intelligence-equipped logistics sorting robot, including: a raceway-type conveying mechanism, where a conveying surface of the raceway-type conveying mechanism is arranged obliquely, a friction pattern for generating friction with packages is provided on the conveying surface, low-mass packages are conveyed along a top portion of the conveying surface, and high-mass packages overcome the friction and slide to a bottom portion of the conveying surface for conveyance; a feeding conveyor mechanism, including a horizontal conveying section and an inclined discharging section, where the horizontal conveying section is fixedly arranged above the raceway-type conveying mechanism, and a low-end edge of the inclined discharging section is flush with a top edge of the conveying surface; and a U-shaped sorting platform, fixed above the raceway-type conveying mechanism through a supporting structure, where three multi-axis mechanical arms are arranged at a bottom of the U-shaped sorting platform. Through the reasonable arrangement of multi-axis mechanical arms with different load capacities, the present invention eliminates the waste of load capacity, thereby saving manufacturing costs.
