Integrated hard rock excavation system with drilling, fracturing, cutting, and support capabilities and method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses an integrated hard rock excavation system with drilling, fracturing, cutting, and support capabilities and method thereof. In the excavation equipment of the application, a multi-function drilling rig integrated with drilling and anchoring is arranged on one side of the boom-type roadheader body, a temporary support mechanism is arranged above the oscillating cutting part. Before the excavation equipment breaks the rock, the multi-function drilling rig is used to form deep holes in the rock to be broken, then the pulse fracturing system is used to further expand and fracture the deep holes to weaken the rock mass strength, and then the oscillating cutting part is used to mill the rock mass. Finally, the multi-function drilling rig and the temporary support device are used to perform bolting support on the rock mass to provide guarantee for the operating environment. The equipment and technology simplify the traditional tunnel excavation process into a continuous process, greatly improving the excavation efficiency of the tunnel rock mass and saving costs at the same time.
