Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials and relates to a boron nitride-FeCo / C nanosheet microwave absorbing material and its preparation method. The composite material takes boron nitride and bimetallic FeCo-MOF nanosheet derivatives as main components and is prepared through processes such as in-situ synthesis and calcination. Its preparation steps include: (1) dispersing boric acid and urea in water for hydrothermal reaction, followed by calcination in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain boron nitride material; (2) dispersing boron nitride, iron salt, cobalt salt, terephthalic acid, etc. in a solvent for in-situ synthesis, and obtaining boron nitride-FeCo-MOF nanosheet material after washing and drying; (3) placing the boron nitride-FeCo-MOF nanosheet material in a nitrogen atmosphere for calcination to obtain the boron nitride-FeCo / C nanosheet microwave absorbing material. Due to its unique core-shell microstructure, abundant heterogeneous interfaces, good impedance matching and other factors, the composite material has a maximum reflection loss of -40.72 dB within 2-18 GHz and an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.35 GHz, achieving excellent electromagnetic wave absorption.
