Abstract
The present invention belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials, and relates to a bimetallic FeCo-MOF nanosheet-polypyrrole composite microwave absorbing material and its preparation method. The composite material uses bimetallic FeCo-MOF nanosheets and polypyrrole as main components, and is prepared by an in-situ polymerization method. Its preparation steps include: (1) dispersing iron salt, cobalt salt and terephthalic acid in a mixed solvent for reaction at room temperature, followed by washing and drying to obtain the bimetallic FeCo-MOF nanosheet material; (2) dispersing the bimetallic FeCo-MOF nanosheets and pyrrole monomer in a solvent and stirring uniformly, then adding an oxidant to initiate in-situ polymerization reaction, and obtaining the bimetallic FeCo-MOF nanosheet-polypyrrole composite microwave absorbing material after filtration, washing and drying. Due to factors such as its unique two-dimensional nanosheet structure, good impedance matching and multiple loss mechanisms, the composite material achieves excellent electromagnetic wave absorption with a maximum return loss of -35.36 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.95 GHz within 2-18 GHz.
