Abstract
Disclosed in this disclosure are a surveillance and guidance system based on a linkage between a Web-end three-dimensional scene model and a dome camera and a construction method thereof, belonging to the technical field of video surveillance and three-dimensional visualization. Step 1: building a WEB Internet front-end framework; step 2: constructing a 3D scene based on the framework in step 1 and Babylon.js; step 3: adding a user interaction module, a spatial calculation module, a PTZ control module, and a linkage feedback module to the framework in step 1; and step 4: based on various modules in step 3, playing a real-time video picture by using a playback module finally. In this disclosure, to solve the problems such as unintuitive camera operations, low positioning efficiency, and untimely responses in the traditional surveillance system, by clicking any coordinate point in the three-dimensional scene by a user, the system automatically calculates spatial coordinates of a target point and controls a dome camera in a corresponding area to rotate (PTZ control), to enable a picture of the camera to align with the point, thereby improving the surveillance efficiency and intelligentization level.
