Low-temperature performance testing device for lithium batteries

Abstract

The present invention discloses a low-temperature performance testing device for lithium batteries. The device includes a base, a test box fixed to the base, and a protective door on one side. A testing component is arranged within the test box for automated contact with lithium battery modules, eliminating the need for manual probe positioning and improving testing efficiency. A refrigeration machine is incorporated to lower the internal temperature of the test box, enabling low-temperature performance evaluation. Positioning components allow accommodation of various battery module sizes for consistent placement and cooling, while an adjustment mechanism enables lateral movement of the fixed battery to facilitate disassembly and assembly. The system enhances automation, reduces labour intensity, and improves accuracy and consistency in testing lithium battery performance under controlled low-temperature conditions.
