Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving crop yield and controlling diseases and insect pests. The method specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, constructing a farmland multi-source data acquisition network, and deploying a soil humidity sensor, an air temperature and humidity sensor, an illumination intensity sensor and a multispectral imaging device; and step 2, performing smoothing processing on the collected soil humidity data by adopting sliding average filtering, and performing dimension reduction on a multispectral image by using a principal component analysis algorithm to extract a normalized vegetation index, a chlorophyll content index and a water stress index. The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural planting. According to the method for improving the crop yield and preventing and controlling the diseases and insect pests, early accurate prediction of disease and insect pest risks and dynamic monitoring of the crop growth state are achieved through construction of the farmland multi-source data acquisition network and the intelligent decision system, personalized agronomic measures are generated in combination with multi-target optimization, and the use amount of chemical pesticides and fertilizers is significantly reduced, so that environmental pollution and ecological risks are reduced.
