Ovarian tissue cryopreservation device and method therefor

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of ovarian tissue cryopreservation. Disclosed are an ovarian tissue cryopreservation device and a method therefor. The device includes a cryopreservation chamber. A top frame is mounted above the cryopreservation chamber via four vertical upright rods. A sealed chamber cover that fits an opening of the cryopreservation chamber is arranged below the top frame. A top of the sealed chamber cover is arranged with a housing. A rotating mechanism is connected to a controller II, for controlling a rotation angle of mesh metal clips. In the present invention, precise regulation of the ovarian tissue cryopreservation process is achieved, and uniform exposure of all parts of the tissues to a refrigerating fluid can be achieved, preventing cell damage caused by uneven local cryopreservation and enhancing the stability of cryopreservation quality.
