Driver state monitoring and rear-side detection early-warning system

Abstract

The invention proposes a driver state monitoring and rear-vehicle detection warning system, which belongs to the technical field of driving safety. The system includes a sensing module, a control module, a warning module, and an execution module. The sensing module includes an ultrasonic radar disposed on an outer side of a vehicle door, among other components. The invention integrates rear-obstacle detection and driver alcohol monitoring into a single system. Through sensor fusion and a central controller, the system realizes full-process automated handling from environmental perception and risk decision-making to warning and active intervention. The system is configured to actively identify potential risks and to automatically lock a vehicle door under high-risk conditions to physically prevent hazardous door-opening actions. Meanwhile, the system is capable of preventing drunk-driving behavior before the driver enters the vehicle. This changes the conventional passive safety mode that relies on manual operation and significantly improves safety.
