Abstract
This invention discloses a method and a system for IoT-based real-time monitoring of natural resources. The method includes: collecting resource data through sensor devices, processing the resource data using standardized protocols to obtain a unified resource dataset; performing feature extraction on the unified resource dataset using a convolutional neural network to determine interference-corrected resource data; if the interference-corrected resource data exceeds a preset threshold, classifying physical characteristic differences using a support vector machine to obtain classified resource consumption indicators; comparing the classified resource consumption indicators with historical data to determine resource consumption trends; extracting multi-scenario summary information from the resource consumption trends, performing weighted average fusion on the error accumulation part to obtain an integrated resource consumption model; simulating future scenarios based on the integrated resource consumption model, using iterative optimization to adjust parameter thresholds to determine an optimized monitoring plan; and generating a real-time feedback report based on the optimized monitoring plan.
