Abstract

The present invention discloses a composite reverse compensation-based labyrinth seal device, and belongs to the field of aero-engine sealing. The device mainly includes a sealing sleeve and a plurality of labyrinth seals arranged axially on a rotating shaft. For a rotor, reverse labyrinths are added in a direction opposite to forward labyrinths. For a stator, a right end of the sealing sleeve extends towards the rotating shaft to slightly beyond the height of the tip of the reverse labyrinth and then bends towards a labyrinth disk, forming a front chamber and a rear chamber within the reverse labyrinths. When the rotor in the labyrinth seal device provided in the present invention is subjected to loads and undergoes radial displacement during operation, clearances between the forward labyrinths, the reverse labyrinths, and the sealing sleeve changes in opposite directions, forming reverse clearance compensation. This reduces the increase in leakage caused by radial displacement deviation and significantly enhances the robustness of the air system.
