Fence panel with high hardness fence elements

Abstract

The invention relates to a fence panel 10 which is designed to construct a modular fence. The fence panel is constructed around a substantially planar frame 16 that has opposed plane sides and includes a plurality of operationally horizontally disposed panel sections 12 which include a lower water permeable section and an upper section, comprising at least one opaque structural infill element 14. The frame includes channel section elements 16.1 secured to extend horizontally below and above the structural infill element, such that the channel section elements constitute upper and lower guideways. The frame further comprises a plurality of vertical tubular bars 16.3 secured to the opposed plane sides of the frame and are positioned externally of the panel sections such that the bars form a security cage about the panel sections. The vertical tubular bars have an inner void that is filled with a high-hardness security infill material.
