Abstract

The present invention discloses a computer-implemented system and method for formalizing and recognizing micro-qualifications through automated digital processing of educational and professional activity data. The system includes a central processing unit, memory, a standards database, a standards compliance assessment unit for extracting semantic indicators from professional and educational standards and computing alignment metrics, a learning outcome quantification unit for calculating workload using a transferable credit model, a digital accreditation validation unit for authenticating professional activities and computing accreditation points based on relevance and complexity, and a qualification record generation unit for constructing hierarchical, machine-readable digital micro-qualification records. A process orchestration engine coordinates execution of analysis, quantification, validation, and record generation tasks in a deterministic workflow to ensure reliable operation. The invention enables automated recognition of micro-qualifications obtained from short-cycle educational programs and non-formal learning activities, supports interoperability with qualification frameworks and labor-market systems, and provides structured digital records containing competence descriptors, workload values, accreditation scores, and qualification-level indicators. By integrating semantic analysis, quantitative modeling, digital authentication, and structured record generation, the invention delivers a unified technological solution for scalable, rigorous, and trustworthy recognition of micro-qualifications in lifelong learning ecosystems.
