A cloud-based environmentally friendly transformer

Abstract

The invention discloses a cloud-based environmentally friendly transformer in the field of transformer technology. It comprises a base plate with a transformer housing mounted on top, one end of which is connected to a support frame clamped at its top with an oil conservator, and communication pipes symmetrically positioned between the oil conservator and the transformer housing. Both ends of the transformer housing are equipped with high-efficiency heat dissipation and water-removal filtration mechanisms, including storage tanks. The structure is scientifically designed, safe, and convenient to use. The high-efficiency heat dissipation and water-removal mechanism feeds insulating oil into a centrifugal cylinder through the coordination of a primary pump, extraction pipe, and fixed cylinder, while a rotary motor, stirring rod, and impeller drive the insulating oil to rotate for centrifugal separation, causing impurities to accumulate at the bottom of the centrifugal cylinder. Simultaneously, the stirring rod drives a cross plate, rotating frame, and helical scraper to remove residual impurities from the inner wall of the filter cylinder.
