Abstract

The invention discloses a photovoltaic module insulation performance testing apparatus, relating to the technical field of photovoltaic module detection equipment, comprising a water tank, a photovoltaic panel placed inside the water tank, connectors provided on both sides of the top of the photovoltaic panel, and a detection mechanism arranged in the middle of the water tank for performance detection of the photovoltaic panel; a positioning mechanism for conveying the photovoltaic panel and clamping the connector is provided inside the water tank; a humidifying mechanism for spraying water mist onto the connector is provided on the outside of the detection mechanism; the positioning mechanism conveys the photovoltaic panel and clamps and fixes the connector to assist the detection mechanism in docking, the detection mechanism performs performance detection on the photovoltaic panel, and the humidifying mechanism sprays and humidifies the connector, thereby simulating a rainy environment for performance detection of the photovoltaic panel. The photovoltaic module insulation performance detection device disclosed in the invention has the advantages of fully automatic detection, convenient operation, and high working efficiency.
